Birria Bomb

Birria tacos made easy and hassle-free at home! No need to purchase numerous seasonings, Crack and Co has everything you need in one bomb! Saving you both time and money. Packed full of flavour, you're going to get hooked! It's perfectly balanced, giving you the authentic taste of Mexico! One bomb makes approx 15 tacos so it is perfect for gatherings and family dinners!

80g per bomb | 1 x Birria Bomb makes approx 15 tacos

How to cook:

TOSS: 1-1.5kg Chuck beef + 1 Birria Bomb and 900ml of water.

COOK: Slow cooker - high for 5hours or until tender. Stovetop - low for 5hours or until tender (with lid on)

ENJOY: Homemade tacos, ramen noodles, burritos and more!

Our bombs are not spicy - adjust the spice level to your liking by adding red pepper flakes OR add a dash of hot sauce. Taste as you go and make it your own.

My homemade salsa recipe - serve as topping on Birria Taco 🌮 

  • Pulse: 1 Spring onion,

  • Handful of coriander,

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 Jalapeño (pickled for less spice)

  • 1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon

  • 1 diced tomato can and a squeeze of lemon.
